Type II. , medium, moderately strong, blue color GIA B 5/4, set with 58 round brilliant cut diamonds with a approximate weight 0.50 ct's VS - Si clarity G - H color. Beautiful 2.68 ct untreated earth mined Ceylon sapphire which carries the very fashionable cushion cut with wonderful cornflower blue saturation with perfect level of tone graded as a B 5/4 using the GIA gem stone color grade. This sapphire has being set perfectly in a four prong setting by our master jeweler into this classic custom made platinum & diamond ring set with a halo of diamonds as well as down both sides of the ring shank and accenting the sapphire housing with a bow tie finish seen in the pictures with this sapphire ring setting. This sapphire caries a very small inclusion which just breaks the surface just above the griddle on the side, untreated natural sapphires especially sapphires in this rich color will have a strong crystal make up which helps add to the sapphires luster, these natural crystal sometimes breaks the surface & does not distract from the natural beauty of this one sapphire and priced accordingly,please see HD video to see a clearer view of this stunning custom sapphire ring.
