This is a stunning custom made necklace set with 25 rich blue natural sapphires which been handset and finished off with 168 round brilliant cut diamonds giving the necklace a total carat weight of 2.22 cts.
Our jeweler has made this so you can use the double 18kt white gold chain which comes with this or with some slight tailoring can be removed and tailored to fit your own chain.
